What is KIDS PASS?

Kids Pass is a family membership that helps you save on indoor fun all year round.
Members enjoy exclusive 40%–50% OFF at participating indoor playgrounds, activities, and family experiences.

Is Kids Pass a ticketing or booking service?

No. Kids Pass does not sell tickets or handle payments for park entry.
We provide membership verification, so partner locations can apply exclusive discounts directly at check-in.

What does the Family Membership include?

Each Kids Pass Family Membership covers:

Up to 2 adults
Up to 3 children
One household

The discount applies to all eligible family members present during the visit, within these limits.

What if I have more than 3 children?

No problem!
You can add Family Plus, which allows you to include up to 3 additional children under the same account.

What is Family Plus?

Family Plus is an optional add-on that extends your Kids Pass Family Membership to cover more children.

Family Plus includes:

Coverage for up to 3 additional children
The same exclusive 40%–50% OFF discounts
One single family account

How much does Kids Pass cost?

Family Membership:
$14.99/month or $89.94/year
Family Plus Add-On:
$7.50/month or $44.97/year

Do I need to pay for tickets through Kids Pass?

No. You pay the park directly at the time of your visit.
Kids Pass simply confirms your membership so the discount can be applied.

How do I use my Kids Pass at a park?

Reserve online through Kids Pass
Receive your confirmation
Show it at the park
Enjoy your discount

Are discounts always available?

Discounts depend on each partner location and may vary by:

Type of service or event
Availability or capacity

All current offers are always listed on the Kids Pass platform.

Can parks limit how many Kids Pass families they accept?

Yes. Partner locations may limit the number of Kids Pass families per day, time slot, or event. This helps ensure a great experience for everyone.

Can I cancel my membership?

Monthly plan: Cancel anytime
Annual plan: Non-refundable once activated

Is Kids Pass transferable?

No. Kids Pass memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered family household.

Can I share my membership with friends or relatives?

No. Each membership is valid for one household only.

Do you offer free trials or promo codes?

From time to time, Kids Pass may offer promotional codes or special offers. Availability and eligibility may vary.

Is Kids Pass available everywhere?

Kids Pass is currently launching in select areas, starting with the GTA. New partner locations are added regularly.
