Legal Terms – Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 1st, 2025Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Kids Pass service (“Service”).By purchasing or using a Kids Pass membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Structure

Kids Pass offers family-based memberships that provide access to exclusive discounts at participating partner locations.Family Membership
  • Valid for one household
  • Covers up to 2 adults and 3 children
  • Provides access to 40%–50% discounts at participating partner parks, activities, events, and services
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable
Family Plus Add-On
  • Optional add-on available only with an active Family Membership
  • Covers up to 3 additional children
  • Must belong to the same household
  • Extends the same membership benefits and discounts to additional children
Kids Pass does not offer credits, points, free entries, or prepaid admissions.

2. How Kids Pass Works

  • Members reserve through the Kids Pass platform when required by the partner location
  • A reservation confirmation and active membership validate eligibility for discounts
  • Discounts are applied directly by the partner location at check-in
  • All payments for services or admissions are made directly to the partner location
Kids Pass does not process ticket sales or collect entry fees on behalf of partners.

3. Discounts & Availability

  • Discount percentages (40% or 50%) vary by partner and offer
  • Discounts may apply only to specific days, hours, services, or events
  • All discounts are subject to partner availability, capacity limits, and partner-defined conditions
Kids Pass does not guarantee availability or acceptance beyond what is published on the platform.

4. Partner Locations

All partner parks, venues, and facilities are independently owned and operated.Kids Pass does not manage daily operations, supervise staff, or control safety procedures.Partner locations are solely responsible for safety, supervision, facility maintenance, and insurance coverage.

5. Payments, Billing & Renewal

Monthly Membership
  • Billed monthly
  • Automatically renews unless cancelled
  • Can be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Annual Membership
  • Billed once per year
  • Non-refundable once activated
  • Remains active for the full annual term
Add-ons are billed together with the main membership.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Kids Pass memberships provide immediate access to exclusive offers and experiences at participating Kids Pass Locations. Because membership benefits become available immediately after purchase, the following refund policy applies.

6.1. 7-Day Refund Period

Members may request a full refund within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, provided that the membership has not been used to make any reservations or redeem any Kids Pass benefits.If the membership has been used during this period, Kids Pass reserves the right to decline the refund request.

6.2. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the seven (7) day refund window has passed, all memberships are non-refundable.Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
  • Change of plans • Relocation or moving to another city or country • Schedule conflicts • Unused membership time • Personal circumstances

6.3. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future renewals.Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.Members will continue to have access to their Kids Pass benefits until the end of the current membership term.

6.4. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain exceptional situations, Kids Pass may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

6.5. Automatic Renewal & Renewal Refunds

Kids Pass memberships may renew automatically at the end of the membership term unless canceled prior to the renewal date.If a membership renews automatically and the member no longer wishes to continue, the member may request a refund within seven (7) days of the renewal date, provided that:
  • the membership has not been used after the renewal, and • no reservations or Kids Pass benefits have been redeemed during the new billing period.
If the membership has been used after the renewal, the refund request may be declined.After the 7-day renewal grace period, renewed memberships are non-refundable.

6.6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within the 7-day period by contacting:info@mykidspass.online Please include:
  • Full name
  • Email used for the membership purchase
  • Date of purchase
Kids Pass will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.Kids Pass does not issue refunds for services purchased directly from partner locations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kids Pass is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident arising from the use of partner facilities, participation in activities or events, or interactions with partner staff or other guests.Members use partner facilities at their own risk.

8. Misuse of Membership

Kids Pass reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse, including sharing, transferring, or misrepresenting a membership.No refunds will be issued in cases of misuse or policy violations.

9. Changes to Terms

Kids Pass may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.When significant changes occur, members will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
